Product must be returned in its original package and be in re-salable condition. Full in-house credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of order date. If product is faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect, we guarantee 100% credit or product replacement. Any shipping charges incurred for returning products to Great River Office Products are the responsibility of the purchaser. Medical items are non-returnable, custom orders, special orders, and perishable items are also non-returnable. All shorts need to be reported within 5 business days.
